Essie Sand Tropez

For the longest time, I would not buy this polish because I didn't get the appeal of it. A nude fleshy colour with a sandy grey undertone? Nope.

But in the last two years, I have come to LOVE nude polishes so I decided to pick up Sand Tropez and at least give it a shot. From the very first time I put it on, I was head over heels for it. I feel like it elongates my fingers and compliments every single outfit I put on.

The sandy grey undertone makes it a really pale greige. If you like Chinchilly, Master Plan or Take It Outside you will probably love Sand Tropez.

The formula is easy to apply in 2 coats. It's not the typical opaque thicker formula that's been coming out recently, so you may need a third coat on some nails, but it's nice and self-leveling.

This flattering shade of beige came out in the Spring of 2011 along with French Affair and Topless & Barefoot and has since been added to the permanent line. It's only been six years, but I'd say it's an Essie classic.

For a girl who thought she hated nude polishes, Topless & Barefoot and Sand Tropez somehow landed in my top favourite Essie polishes ever!

I had a mini bottle of this for a long time before I finally gave it a try. Love it on but then again I have all those greige polishes you just mentioned...;)
